MCP120 Mobile Continuous Asphalt Mixing Plant: Fast Relocation, Small Footprint, Dual Compatibility
This "mobility expert" is tailor-made for the North American market. It features a semi-trailer structure compatible with international standard trailers, allowing for cross-regional transport without modification. With high-efficiency relocation capabilities, it requires no re-assembly during moves—only quick connection of pipelines before resuming production, significantly boosting operational efficiency. The aggregate handling, drying and mixing, and dust purification systems are integrated into a compact unit, minimizing the footprint and adapting to various job sites. The integrated drum structure allows for flexible addition of RAP material, accommodating both virgin and recycled production needs.
Integrated Virgin & RAP Drum: Dual Purpose in One Drum, Superior RAP Quality
This technology represents TTM's deep expertise in the recycling field. It features a double-layer structure design, accommodating the production of virgin materials as well as the separate feeding of virgin and recycled materials, allowing for a high RAP addition ratio. Utilizing the high temperature of virgin materials for efficient heat transfer, it causes the asphalt on the RAP surface to migrate and form a uniform asphalt film, resulting in superior mix quality. The asphalt fumes generated during the heating of RAP are effectively incinerated, ensuring environmentally friendly emissions. The simplified structure enhances equipment reliability and makes maintenance more convenient.
TS3050 Asphalt Hot In-Place Mixing Plant: "High Output, High RAP Content"
The TS3050 showcases TTM's core strengths: Rated production capacity of 240-480t/h with a RAP addition ratio of 0-100%; Dual parallel RAP drums featuring counter-flow hot air heating technology prevent RAP aging while enabling high addition ratios; Graded heating technology ensures precise control of finished material gradation and guarantees RAP discharge temperature; The high-efficiency mixer is positioned directly below the center of the dual RAP towers, meeting the demands of high-volume RAP production.
