TTM Holds 3rd RAP recycling technology Exchange Conference for Global Asphalt Recycling
On April 21, 2026, the 3rd RAP recycling technology Exchange Conference themed ROAD.ASPHALT.PEOPLE was successfully held at TTM headquarters in Quanzhou, China. More than 70 guests from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, including officials from Russian highway authorities and asphalt associations, and road construction enterprise representatives gathered to discuss RAP recycling technology, advanced manufacturing, and the future of green road construction. Domestic industry experts, professors and enterprise leaders were also invited to share cutting-edge practices, boosting cross-border technical cooperation in asphalt recycling.
Warm Welcome and Intelligent Factory Tour
Chairman Wang Xiren, General Manager Gao Daile and the TTM management team warmly welcomed the international delegation.
Accompanied by TTM’s management and Russian market team, the delegation visited the intelligent production workshop for asphalt mixing equipment. They toured blanking, welding, assembly and painting lines, where digital production systems and 5G data terminals fully presented TTM’s lean manufacturing and digital management capabilities.
In the automatic welding area, automated welding stations delivered high-precision and high-efficiency processing on core components of asphalt mixing equipment. The uniform welding quality impressed every visitor. During the tour, the delegation communicated closely with technicians and highly recognized TTM’s technical accumulation in RAP equipment and intelligent manufacturing level.
RAP recycling technology Seminar and Professional Sharing
In the afternoon, the asphalt pavement recycling technology seminar was officially held.General Manager Gao Daile delivered a speech. He stated that as a national single champion enterprise in asphalt plant-mix hot recycling equipment, TTM has more than 570 patents including 84 invention patents. Nearly 160 TTM machines are serving infrastructure projects in Russia. TTM will take this conference as a new start to focus on localized service and full-life cycle cooperation, and keep promoting RAP recycling technology worldwide.
